Job summary

The Air Station in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to be the first contact for patients and caregivers supporting CPAP trials, device purchases, and ongoing care. You will ensure compassionate, accurate service and adherence to PDPA and medical device handling guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years in a healthcare or medical device environment (sleep therapy, respiratory care, or patient services preferred).
• Strong communication, patient engagement, and organizational abilities; familiarity with CPAP devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and caregivers, register and coordinate appointments for sleep studies, CPAP trials, and follow-up sessions.
• Explain CPAP trial processes, equipment handling, and aftercare expectations clearly.
• Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professional resolution or escalation as needed.
• Assist clinical and sales teams in coordinating CPAP trial setups, device fittings, and data downloads.
• Maintain accurate documentation including patient information, consent forms, and therapy notes.
