Job summary

Kyomed Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sleep Therapy Account Executive in Singapore to promote CPAP, APAP, and BiPAP devices across B2B and B2C channels. You will partner with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals, guiding patients and partners from product selection to ongoing therapy support.

You will build trusted relationships, deliver in-person demos and fittings, and help patients achieve therapy adherence while navigating local insurance landscapes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, or related fields.
• Strong consultative selling skills to engage clinics and patients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across stakeholders.
• Comfort with in-person demos, fittings, and patient education.
• CRM proficiency and pipeline management discipline.
• Negotiation and closing skills with track record of meeting targets.
• Familiarity with Singapore's healthcare insurance landscape (MediSave, MediShield) is a plus.
• Diploma/Degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full sales cycle across B2B and B2C channels, from clinics to direct patients.
• Build and grow relationships with ENT, respiratory, neurology, pediatric, dental clinics, and GPs.
• Prospect, present, and close new accounts with clinics and institutions.
• Consult with patients on sleep apnea symptoms, device recommendations, fittings, and therapy support.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and in-person outreach.
• Collaborate with sleep technicians and certified professionals for patient onboarding.
• Track sales activity, territory trends, and follow-ups using company tools.
• Stay current on sleep therapy products, competitors, and local regulations.
