Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in hospitality, coworking, or service roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.
• Familiar with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
• Well-organised with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat and in person with accurate information.
• Process membership applications, renewals and upgrades with proper admin steps.
• Address concerns professionally and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions using管理 systems.
• Assist with events, tours and member orientation activities.
• Keep reception area organized and aligned with brand standards.
• Communicate member feedback to internal teams for service improvements.
• Handle scheduling, billing queries and membership documentation.
• Uphold health, safety and security protocols.
