Job summary

The Work Project in Singapore is hiring a Community Associate for a full-time role reporting to the Community Lead. You will greet members, manage the reception, support events, and help maintain a premier coworking experience.

We seek someone with strong English communication, hospitality experience, and a team‑oriented mindset who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• College graduate or diploma in business, communications or hospitality or related disciplines.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Experience in hospitality or serviced offices is a plus.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors as ambassador of The Work Project.
• Manage front desk and main phone line during business hours.
• Support event setups and guest services.
• Coordinate with IT, facilities, and admin teams for tasks.
