• 2-5 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, events, customer service, or community management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfortable coordinating events and interacting with diverse professionals.
• Passion for community building and people engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Build relationships with members and understand their business needs.
• Foster a positive community culture through regular engagement and support.
• Plan and organise regular community activities, networking sessions, and member engagement events.
• Coordinate monthly social gatherings to enhance member interaction.
• Support business-related events including talks, workshops, and networking opportunities.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coworking centre.
• Ensure meeting rooms and facilities are well-maintained and ready for use.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance, IT support, and housekeeping.
• Manage meeting room bookings and space utilisation.
• Assist with onboarding new members and ensure a smooth move-in process.
• Provide support to members throughout their membership journey.
• Address member feedback promptly and proactively improve the member experience.
• Support the sales team with centre tours and potential member inquiries.
• Maintain accurate member records and assist with membership administration.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and increase member satisfaction.
