Job summary

A leading training provider in Singapore is seeking a Course Enrolment Specialist to manage course enrolments, follow up leads, and ensure successful course delivery. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Degree, a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, and strong communication skills. This role involves interacting with past clients and preparing necessary course materials. Attractive salary and commission structures are offered. • Follow up with leads via email, WhatsApp, and calls.
• Check inventory and order needed items for courses.
• Consolidate and record test scores and feedback.
• Respond to Google reviews and manage stock.

About the job Course Enrolment Specialist | $2900 + Comm | Toa Payoh

Basic Salary: $2600 - $2900

Working Hours: 9.30am-5.30pm (5 Working Days)

Commission Structure (paid out every 2 months):

- $50 for every 10pax (attending Free 2hr Preview)

- $40/pax: From 1st ~ 10th pax registered for Full Course

- $80/pax: From 11th ~ 20th pax registered for Full Course

- $120/pax: From 21st ~ 30th pax registered for Full Course

Performance Bonus (paid out every 2 months):

- $350 when 20pax registered for Full Course

- $500 when 30pax registered for Full Course

- KPI: 20pax registered for Full Course

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Management:
  • Follow up with unresponsive leads via email, WhatsApp, and call.
    1-Day Workshop / Free 2hr Training
  • Warm outreach to:
    Past course clients.
    Regular company POCs.
    Facility management companies.
• Pre-Course Preparation
  • Check inventory & order needed items (3 weeks prior).
  • Reconfirm room booking.
  • Print Certificates of Performance (Free 2hr trainees).
  • Send pre-course engagement email.
  • Contact thermal cam suppliers to loan cameras.
  • Prepare snacks, name list, tent cards, and exam papers.
  • Ensure participant payments are completed.
• Post-Course Tasks
  • Consolidate & record test scores + feedback grades.
  • File test papers.
  • Email graduates their documents.
  • Respond to Google reviews.
  • Stock take (brochures, course notes, etc.).
  • Share LinkedIn post + upload photos to website.
  • Return loaned IR cameras.
  • Prepare credentials & Smartpac packages for mailing.
  • For L2 course:
    Update Brevo database
    Move contacts from L1 to L2

Requirements:

• For those with Diploma/Degree.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably with a Sales Engineer background in the M&E, Facility & Maintenance.
• Have knowledge in Infrared Thermography.
• Proven sales experience & strong communication skills.
