UBTS Academy is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for learners and corporate clients, assisting with course enquiries, registrations, schedules, and training-related matters.

This is a full-time position based at Tanjong Penjuru, near Clementi, offering a dynamic working environment with opportunities for learning and professional development.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer service or course administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on one weekend day depending on course schedule.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information on training courses, schedules, fees, and registration requirements.
• Assist learners and corporate clients with course registration and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with trainers, sales, operations, and admin teams for smooth course arrangements.
• Handle customer feedback and escalations professionally and empathetically.
• Follow up on enquiries and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Recommend improvements to service processes and admin procedures.
• Participate in internal training and development programmes.
