Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Planner | Corporate Event to professionally represent the company, promote services and ensure an exceptional client experience while coordinating site visits.

You will handle inquiries from multiple sales channels, follow up promptly by email or phone, organise client site visits with planners, assist with events and marketing tasks, and liaise with wedding vendors as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in any field.

Responsibilities

• Professionally represent and promote company services, creating an exceptional customer experience and supporting site visit management.
• Act as primary customer service contact for all inquiries from various sales channels, with proactive follow-up via email or phone.
• Evaluate inquiries and recommend wedding services and packages per client needs and company policies.
• Organise and secure client site visits with the planner according to staff schedule.
• Manage customer feedback including responding to client complaints.
• Assist planners & Chief Planner with site visits, event execution and related needs.
• Assist Marketing with Social Media postings or media publications to promote weddings and events if necessary.
• Approach and liaise with vendors for in-house events or collaborations when necessary.
