Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Planner to support corporate event planning in Singapore. You will handle client inquiries, coordinate site visits, and assist planners with event execution while maintaining a high standard of service.

This full-time role requires weekend work on a roster, a diploma in any field, and training provided; basic salary ranges from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,500 plus AWS and variable bonus.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in any field.
• Training Provided.
• Willing to work weekends; rostered off days.

Responsibilities

• Represent and promote company services and ensure client satisfaction.
• Be the primary customer service contact for sales enquiries via email or phone.
• Evaluate enquiry content and recommend wedding services per policies.
• Organise and secure client site visits with the planner.
• Manage and respond to customer feedback and complaints.
• Assist planners with site visits, event execution and related needs.
• Support Marketing with social media posts for weddings and events if needed.
• Liaise with vendors and professionals for in-house events or collaborations.
