Training is provided, and the role requires working weekends with rostered off days. You will handle enquiries across sales channels, coordinate site visits, and assist planners with event execution and media

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent and promote company services while delivering excellent customer experience for wedding clients.
• Handle enquiries from multiple sales channels with prompt follow-up via email or phone.
• Assess enquiries and recommend wedding services based on client needs and company policies.
• Organise client site visits with planners according to staff schedule.
• Manage customer feedback including responding to complaints.
• Assist planners with site visits, event execution and related needs.
• Support Marketing with social media postings or media publications when needed.
• Liaise with vendors for in-house events or collaborations as required.
