Responsibilities

• Represent and promote services and ensure exceptional customer experience, including site visit management.
• Serve as the primary contact for enquiries from various sales channels with prompt follow-up via email or phone.
• Review enquiries and recommend wedding services per company policies and regulations.
• Organise client site visits with the planner according to staff schedules.
• Manage customer feedback and respond to complaints.
• Assist planners with site visits, event execution and related needs.
• Support Marketing with social media postings to promote weddings and events.
• Liaise with vendors for in-house events or collaborations.
