Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring for a client-facing role in Singapore to professionally represent wedding services and ensure an exceptional customer experience, including arranging client site visits and handling enquiries.

You will be the main contact across sales channels, follow up via email or phone with professional etiquette, and coordinate with planners for events. Training is provided; weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in any field.
• Training Provided.
• Willing to work weekends; off days are rostered.

Responsibilities

• Represent and promote company services, delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting site visits.
• Serve as primary contact for enquiries from multiple sales channels with proactive email/phone follow-ups.
• Evaluate enquiries and recommend wedding services and packages per company policies and regulations.
• Organise and secure client site visits with planners according to staff schedules.
• Manage customer feedback and respond to client complaints.
• Assist planners and Chief Planner with site visits, events, and related needs.
• Support Marketing with social media postings to promote weddings/events as needed.
• Liaise with wedding industry vendors for in-house events or collaborations.
