We are seeking a dynamic and resilient Corporate Secretary to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting Senior Management and the Board through effective administrative, governance, and compliance functions. You will take ownership of coordinating board and committee meetings, ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate records, and facilitating seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-level administrative assistance to Senior Management, including managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Organise agendas, materials, and logistics for board and committee meetings, ensuring timely circulation of documents and accurate recording of minutes.
  • Monitor adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal governance requirements, and keep abreast of best practices in corporate governance.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, ensure compliance with reporting standards, and facilitate timely submission of the annual report.
  • Maintain and organise official records, contracts, and key documents, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.
  • Serve as a liaison between Senior Management, the Board, and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Organise corporate events, conferences, and business trips, ensuring smooth execution of all logistical arrangements.
  • Assist Senior Management in executing special projects and initiatives that enhance governance and organisational effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate secretariat, governance, or executive support roles.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and governance principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and discreetly with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications ("PowerPoint, Word, Excel") and familiar with document management systems, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
