Qualifications

• Experience coordinating corporate events or trade shows.
• Willing to work evenings/weekends; off-in-lieu provided.
• Comfortable working across Singapore and at events.

Responsibilities

• Reply to emails and handle customer/client enquiries.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and event requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and internal teams.
• Support corporate/private clients with gifting and customised orders.
• Assist with event preparation and occasional on-site deployment.
• Support sales/customer enquiries during events.
• General event operations, guest engagement and stock coordination.
