Overview

We are looking for a creative and energetic communications professional to strengthen our corporate image and create opportunities for positive public profiling. The ideal candidate will be confident in developing and executing strategic internal and external communications plans that align with organisational goals.

You will plan, coordinate, and implement patient education campaigns, corporate events, and marketing communications programmes. This includes writing publicity materials, producing collaterals, and serving as the primary administrator for our corporate website and other web-based communication platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts to modernise and strengthen the organisation’s brand and reputation.
  • Build a culture of excellence by fostering effective communication and connection among employees.
  • Engage and maintain strong relationships with the public, media, stakeholders, employees, and volunteers.
  • Advise management on strategies to achieve desired brand equity.
  • Manage and implement communications initiatives, supporting staff in client-facing communication.
  • Oversee departmental budget, KPIs, and the performance of the corporate communications team.
  • Provide strategic messaging advice to the Planning Committee in alignment with the organisation’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to enhance corporate branding and shape public perception.
  • Build branding strategies to support manpower attraction, retention, and recruitment pipelines.
  • Manage print and online media platforms to engage staff, patients, the community, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide editorial support for internal and external communications, collateral, and publications.
  • Organise corporate events and ensure their successful execution.
Requirements
