Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Call Centre) in Singapore. The role involves delivering personalized banking product and service support over the phone, understanding customer needs, and providing effective solutions.

You will also identify cross-sell opportunities during interactions and contribute to overall customer satisfaction. Training spans two months at Changi / Jurong East with a 6-month contract (renewable/convertible).

Qualifications

• Call centre experience is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal & positive attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
• Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
• Consistently deliver quality service to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Solicit customer feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
