Job summary

Helius Technologies is hiring a Call Centre Agent/Customer Service on a 12‑month contract basis with rotational shifts in Singapore. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with banking products, and promote self‑service options.

The role requires minimum O-levels or diploma, and experience in call centres or customer service. Rotating weekends and public holidays are expected, with monthly shift allowances.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Levels or Diploma qualifications.
• 12 months of relevant experience in banking call centre or customer service.
• Fresh graduates welcome with 2–3 months of customer service experience (internships, part-time, or entry-level roles).
• Ability to work rotating or staggered shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & outbound support: handle calls, emails, or chats regarding bank accounts, loans, and cards.
• Transaction processing: process secure requests, fund transfers, and data updates.
• Product promotion: promote banking products and digital self-service tools.
• Performance metrics: meet targets for call resolution, service quality, and schedule adherence.
