Job summary

A local restaurant GROUP in Singapore is seeking talented culinary professionals for various positions including Cook, Chef de Partie, and Sous Chef. The ideal candidates will ensure that all food is prepared to high standards, manage kitchen stock levels, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen. Successful applicants will possess a culinary qualification and have experience in a professional kitchen. Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts is required. Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that all food is cooked and presented to the required standard and Specifications.
  • Monitoring food wastage and implementing strategies to reduce waste.
  • Ordering and managing the stock levels for the kitchen, including food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensuring that all food is stored correctly, with proper labeling and rotation procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.
Required to - KNOW (Skills, Knowledge & Behavior)

  • Certificate / Diploma / degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience in similar role within a professional kitchen.
