AK RASOOL TRADERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned cook to prepare Parotta, naan, roti, and a range of dosa, tiffins, and briyani dishes. The role requires strong cooking skills, a positive attitude, and reliability in a busy kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of kitchen experience, is willing to work shifts including weekends/public holidays, and adheres to high cooking standards. Company uniform is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience.
• No formal education required.
• Willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of best cooking practices, passion for cooking.
• Uniform provided at all times.

Responsibilities

• Parotta making and cooking, naan and roti prep.
• Cook Thosai, dosa varieties and biryani dishes.
• Prepare lunch/dinner meals and tiffins.
• Cook snacks and Hyderabadi/Malabar briyani varieties.
• Plan, organize and maintain kitchen operations.
