Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes listed in the ad (Naan, Paratha, Tandoori items, Briyani, Dosai, Idli, etc.).
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene according to standards.
• Follow recipes and ensure consistent taste and portion control.
• Support menu planning and efficient kitchen workflow.
