THE DAILY PRATA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced cook to prepare a wide range of Indian dishes in a fast-paced Singapore kitchen, including Prata, Naan, Tandoori items, dosai, and biryani.

The role requires 4+ years in a kitchen, willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and strict adherence to uniform standards and food safety practices.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years experience in the kitchen
• No formal Education
• Willing to work shift hours, Weekends and Public holidays
• Knowledge of best cooking practices you get joy from cooking
• Company uniform all the times of working place
• Enjoy planning, organizing and problem solving

Mansioni

• Prepare Pratta, Nool Pratha Bun Pratha and related breads and dishes
• Cook South Indian tiffins and lunch/dinner items
