Job summary

A construction management firm is looking for a Contracts Executive to assist with tender review and contract administration in Singapore. Candidates should have a minimum diploma in Quantity Surveying and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction projects. Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Contracts Manager in tender/contract review and finalizing the tender sum.
• Help with contract administration, progress claims, and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs.
• Compile subcontractor quotes for review and approval.
• Keep Contract Manager updated on all contractual and site matters.
• Review and verify subcontractor/supplier claims and prepare payment certificates for approval.
• Prepare final accounts and variation submissions.
• Maintain quality systems in the Contracts Department.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalents.
• At least 5 years of working experience related field.
• Preferably experienced in Construction, Roadworks LTA Project.
