The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead the contracts team on a major project based in Changi.

You will oversee tendering, contract administration, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery. With 10+ years in contract management within construction, you will coordinate with project teams, clients, and suppliers. A strong command of construction law and procurement practices is essential; MS Office and contract management software

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CM, QS, CE or Law.
• Minimum 10 years’ contract management experience in construction.
• Proven leadership of contract teams and tenders for large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement practices, and standards.
• Proficiency with contract management software and MS Office.

• Oversee overall commercial aspects: budgets, cash flow, financial performance.
• Provide commercial advice to senior management and project teams.
• Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and contract close-out.
• Engage stakeholders: clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers.
• Represent the firm in negotiations and industry forums.

Senior Contracts Manager

• Work Location: Changi, Project Office at Lavender area

• Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, alt sat full day

• Salary: $8000 to $12000 (depends on experience)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry.

• Proven track record in leading contract teams and managing tenders for large-scale projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement practices, and industry standards.
  Proficiency in contract management software and the MS Office Suite.

• Involve in Overall Commercial Oversight to monitor project budgets, cash flow, and financial performance related to contracts.

• Provide commercial advice to senior management and project teams.

• Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and contract close-out.

• Involve in Stakeholder Engagement to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Represent the firm in negotiations and industry forums.

• Act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
