Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor to interpret drawings, prepare BOQs, cost schedules, tender documents, and manage payment valuations.

You'll review contracts, assess quotations, develop pricing analyses, maintain records of submissions, and support end-to-end tender processes while coordinating with departments to resolve Commercial matters.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction drawings and specifications and perform accurate measurements and quantity assessments.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost schedules and other relevant commercial documents.
• Review contractual documents, tender conditions, specifications and terms of contract to support proper contract administration.
• Assess quotations, evaluate unit rates, prepare rate analyses and develop pricing calculations for project costs and variations.
• Administer progress payment valuations, variation claims and other contractual submissions in accordance with contract provisions.
• Support the end-to-end tender process, including quantity take-offs, quotation evaluation, cost compilation, pricing and preparation of tender documents for new projects.
• Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, cost assessments, payment valuations and variation claims.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and external parties to resolve commercial and contractual matters.
• Provide commercial and contract administration support for other business activities within the holding company, as required.
• Prioritise tasks and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and operational constraints.
• Work independently and contribute effectively to team objectives.
• Participate in company initiatives and activities, including charitable and community engagement events, where appropriate.
• Carry out other reasonable duties in support of the company's business objectives.
