Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable professional to handle quantity take-offs, BOQs, tender preparation, and cost analysis to support bids.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external subcontractors, ensure compliance with technical specs, contract terms, and submission deadlines, while maintaining data confidentiality and contributing to CSR activities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quantity take-offs and measurements based on construction drawings and project documentation.
• Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tender submissions and cost estimation.
• Examine tender documents, contract conditions, technical specifications and pricing requirements to identify relevant obligations and risks.
• Analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations, compare prices and rates, and prepare detailed rate build-ups and tender pricing.
• Coordinate the preparation, review and submission of tenders for prospective projects.
• Evaluate project costs and provide pricing information to support commercial and procurement decisions.
• Administer contract-related matters, including progress payment assessments, variation orders and claims, in accordance with the relevant contract terms.
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders on tendering, measurement and commercial matters.
• Support quantity surveying and commercial activities across the holding company's business operations, where required.
• Manage assigned tasks efficiently and meet tender deadlines, submission requirements and other project constraints.
• Collaborate with team members while taking ownership of individual assignments.
• Participate in relevant company activities and initiatives, including corporate social responsibility events, where required.
• Undertake other reasonable duties related to the role and the company's business activities.
