Responsibilities

• Direct tendering activities and allocate responsibilities to ensure timely and complete submissions.
• Establish tender preparation plans, review submission requirements, and monitor progress.
• Analyse tender specifications, drawings, BOQ, and contractual terms for scope and risk.
• Coordinate with technical, engineering, QS, procurement, and operations teams to develop proposals.
• Evaluate project costs, establish pricing structures, and prepare budgets and submissions.
• Assess subcontractor and supplier quotations, validate cost breakdowns, and identify cost optimisations.
• Evaluate project feasibility, contractual risks, variations, and profitability factors.
• Engage with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to clarify requirements.
• Review tender pricing, assumptions, exclusions, and commercial conditions before submission.
• Prepare tender assessment reports and present pricing, risk exposure, and bid strategy recommendations.
• Maintain tender databases, historical cost records, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate post-tender discussions, negotiations, and handover after contract awards.

• Establish tender preparation plans, review submission requirements, and monitor progress throughout the tender cycle.
• Analyse tender specifications, drawings, Bills of Quantities, and contractual terms to assess scope, compliance requirements, and commercial exposure.
• Coordinate with technical, engineering, quantity surveying, procurement, and operational teams to develop comprehensive tender proposals.
• Evaluate project costs, establish pricing structures, and prepare tender budgets and commercial submissions.
• Assess subcontractor and supplier quotations, validate cost breakdowns, and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Evaluate project feasibility, contractual risks, potential variations, and other factors affecting tender profitability.
• Engage with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to clarify technical and commercial requirements.
• Review tender pricing, assumptions, exclusions, and commercial conditions before submission.
• Prepare tender assessment reports and present recommendations to management on pricing, risk exposure, and bid strategy.
• Maintain tender databases, historical cost records, and commercial documentation to support future tender planning.
• Coordinate post-tender discussions, commercial negotiations, and internal handover following successful contract awards.
