Job summary

Schroders is seeking a Talent Acquisition Process Owner for an eight-month contractor role in Singapore. You will support Talent Acquisition Specialists and Partners across end-to-end recruitment, ensuring accurate job data, approvals, and seamless candidate experiences.

You will also manage supplier relationships, reporting, and system optimization. The role requires Mandarin fluency and at least three years in HR/recruitment, with strong administration, ATS proficiency (Taleo or Oracle

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience within HR/Recruitment.
• Fluency in Mandarin with strong reading/writing skills for region communication.
• Excellent administration with recruitment experience essential.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive candidate concierge service for end-to-end recruitment.
• Advertise roles, manage applications and candidate feedback in ATS.
• Schedule interviews and manage documentation for hiring managers.
• Assist with offer letters and approvals, supporting Early Careers where needed.
• Manage recruitment PSL and supplier relationships on a global level.
• Generate hiring reports and data insights for TA planning.
