Job summary

Schroders is seeking a Talent Acquisition Process Owner on an 8-month contract to deliver a seamless candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle. You’ll work with TA Specialists and Partners to ensure accurate job details, approvals, and efficient processes, while managing supplier relationships and TA data insights.

The role requires Mandarin fluency, an HR/recruitment background, and hands-on experience with ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience within HR/ Recruitment industry.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required, Mandarin reading and writing skill is significant.
• Excellent administration skills and experience with recruitment or talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive candidate concierge service throughout end-to-end recruitment.
• Support TA Specialists and Partners with approvals, role advertising, and candidate management.
• Schedule interviews, manage documentation and offer processes.
• Assist with supplier management and TA data reporting.
• Act as a liaison for hiring teams and oversee recruitment inboxes.
• Produce TA cost and data insights to inform planning.
