Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a meticulous Contract HR Executive for a 7-month contract in Singapore. The role supports HR operations, personnel administration and deployment matters, based at Cantonment Complex. You will handle records, postings, PPC and IECT processes, plus student internships and onboarding. 

The candidate should hold a degree, have strong communication and MS Office skills, and adapt well to a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of human resource practices.
• Experience in HR functions or Home Team environment is helpful.
• Good organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR records and personnel data with accuracy and auditability.
• Coordinate recruitment, postings and deployments for civilian officers.
• Assist with CID posting portal and PPC matters.
• Support Investigation Expert Career Tracks (IECT) processes.
• Administer student internships and attachments, onboarding and debriefing.
• Process re-employment, retirement, resignations, no-pay leave and sponsorship matters.
