Job summary

Qnity in Singapore seeks Customer Service Representatives for a 12-month contract to support order fulfillment and customer inquiries. You will verify order details, liaise with Sales, Logistics and Finance, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates possess strong English and Chinese language skills, experience in order processing or supply chain, and comfort with SAP/SFDC and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal communication skills to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Conversational Chinese ability is required.
• Proficient with SAP, SFDC and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work professionally with external customers and internal groups.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated and positive minded.
• Customer service or order fulfillment experience is highly preferred.
• Supply Chain experience would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of customer purchase orders via email; ensure adherence to procedures.
• Handle inquiries and order processing from start to finish; coordinate with accounts receivable.
• Monitor open orders and take actions to promote on-time delivery.
• Escalate inquiries according to policy; collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance.
• Maintain professional relationships and support Sales to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
• Provide back-up support to team members as needed.
• Share sales/order data with the business; act as SAP Order-To-Cash contact.
