Job summary

A prominent recruitment firm is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Singapore to manage daily operations within the contact center. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery, resolve escalated issues, and coach retail agents. You need a diploma and preferably 3 years of experience in a similar role. This is a fully on-site position with a salary range of $2,500 - $2,800 plus AWS and VB.

Qualifications

  • Preferably with 3 years’ experience in Customer Service in a contact centre environment.
  • Ability to manage inbound/outbound calls and digital channels.
  • Experience in complaint resolution and tracking customer feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations within the contact center.
  • Coach and support retail agents in their roles.
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal privacy policies.
