Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst with AI experience to support digital, data and AI-enabled initiatives. The role requires strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, UAT and exposure to AI/GenAI solutions.

You will work with business and technical teams, and engage with offshore or distributed delivery models. You will be part of a collaborative environment offering a competitive base salary and attractive company benefits.

We are seeking a Business Analyst with AI experience to support digital, data and AI-enabled initiatives. Candidates should have strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, UAT and exposure to AI/GenAI solutions.

Primary Skills/Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on complex digital or technology initiatives.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and UAT.
• Proven ability to work effectively with both business/non-technical stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Prior exposure to Data, Analytics, AI, GenAI, chatbots, decision-support systems or automation solutions.
• Good conceptual understanding of how AI and GenAI solutions utilise data, content and knowledge sources.
• Awareness of AI limitations, risks, variability, accuracy and responsible‑use considerations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and process‑mapping skills.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with offshore, distributed or cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Ability to quickly understand a new business domain, operating model and stakeholder environment.
• Strong documentation skills including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or other structured delivery environments is preferred.
