Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an SAP Consultant to manage end-to-end SAP projects, including SuccessFactors integrations, change requests, and stakeholder engagement across multiple client sectors.

You will lead workshops, map business processes to SAP, configure modules, document specifications, and support offshore teams through quarterly SF releases. Excellent communication and a hands-on delivery mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• 3 years PM/GM and Employee Central support experience & Recruitment modules.
• Familiarity with process mapping and SAP HCM modules.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

We’re looking for an SAP Consultant to join our team, you will be responsible for managing the marketing team and carrying out integrated go-to-market campaigns for different business verticals. If contributing to a strategic marketing experience, embedded with sound creative judgment and audience/customer focus excites you, then this job is for you. Additionally, you will lead stakeholder engagement and management across the entire lifecycle of the campaigns with cross-functional teams. More details as below.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand Change requests.
• Document the needs and get a sign-off approval
• Develop the solution, self-test before involving the customer for testing. On successful test approval, deploy into production.
• Support Adhoc project requirements and work with Off Shore integration support team to support integration configuration and environmental setup. Provide support to projects related to Success Factors.
• Log all queries and requests in the change management system and update the system, as required.
• Be able to work under pressure in a fast-moving and rapidly changing environment
• Able to priorities workload efficiently by applying effective timekeeping and adherence to rosters and schedules
• Uses professional and customer-focused approach to handle customer inquiries
• Good understanding of the Business Processes.
• Identify as-is processes and to-be processes.
• Map Business Processes to SAP.
• Conduct Blueprint / Design workshops for one or more processes.
• Configure scenarios in relevant SAP modules.
• Write Functional Specification / Configuration documents.
• Ability to peer review documentation
• Understands the benefits of using state of the art methods and tools and their application on an engagement; contributes to the continuous development of methods and tools.
• A significant contributor to work plans for components on engagements.
• Able to manage customer expectations during SF quarterly releases. Liaise with offshore Centre of Excellence team
• Ability to adapt to clients at all levels

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience with minimum 2 full life cycle implementation projects consisting of analysis, design, config/development build, test, deployment, and training
• 3 years of experience in PM/GM, Employee Central support experience & Recruitment modules
• Familiarity with process mapping
• Experience in working with other SAP HCM modules
• Liaise with SAP Success Factors Support on Level 4 or Priority 1 tickets as requiredExcellent stakeholder management skills
