Your profile :

• 2-3 years of consulting experience in top tiers is good to have (Fresh graduates would be considered with strong academic record)
• Strong interest understanding and belief in strategy / management consulting is a must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities is a must
• Clear and top down communication is a must
• Fluency in business English (written and spoken) is a must
• Willingness and ability to work hard and effectively is a must
• Enthusiasm for working in teams is a must
• Customer-oriented thinking is a must
• Flexibility and willingness to travel is a must
