About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Construction Sales Executive at Sunscreen (S) Pte Ltd. In this full‑time position based in Kampong Ubi, Central Region, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts within the construction industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with the sales of our innovative sunscreen products to construction companies and contractors.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Liaise with customers to understand their sunscreen needs and requirements for construction projects

  2. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations

  3. Coordinate the order fulfilment process, including inventory management and delivery logistics

  4. Maintain accurate customer records and sales data

  5. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed

  6. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction industry

  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities

What we’re looking for
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably within the construction or building materials industry

  2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders

  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  5. Knowledge of construction materials and industry standards would be advantageous
