Job summary

You will manage work passes, payroll processing, and employee relations, while maintaining accurate HR records and documentation in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations.
• Experience handling foreign workers and dormitory arrangements.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Workforce Planning: manage end-to-end recruitment for site and office staff.
• Work Pass & Compliance: handle work passes and MOM regulations.
• Payroll & Compensation: oversee payroll processing, CPF contributions and benefits.
• Employee Relations: address grievances and maintain HR records.
• Training & Development: coordinate safety courses and staff development.
• Administration & HR Operations: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, insurance and leave management.
