Job summary

MACBUILD CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable HR Generalist to manage recruitment, training, payroll and benefits. You will handle end-to-end work passes, government submissions, and maintain accurate employee records for a growing construction team.

The role requires 4+ years in HR, strong communication, and knowledge of local labor laws. Singaporean and SPR only, with on-site work in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Relevant certificates in HR management or related discipline preferred.
• Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Min 4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge in infotech is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR in recruitment and selection, training and development, payroll, compensation and benefits and HR admin duties.
• Assist management and handle full spectrum of HR functions.
• Manage end-to-end work passes including application, renewal, cancellation, appeals, expiration, and MOM updates.
