Job summary

BESTCOAT CONTRACT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to support recruitment, interview coordination and work pass processes for foreign staff. You will also handle contracts, confirmations, terminations and related correspondence as part of daily HR operations.

Responsibilities include MOM inspections, maintaining employee records, leave tracking and arranging training. A solid knowledge of MOM Regulations, Employment Act, WSH Act and BCA requirements, plus MS Office

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MOM Regulations, Employment Act, Workplace Safety & Health Act and BCA requirements.
• Proven understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, accurate manner.
• Proficiency with MS Office or similar tools.
• Willingness to work 5.5 days (alternate Saturday).

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment such as sourcing, screening, arrange interview, etc.
• Process Work Pass Application / Renewal for foreign employee
• Arrange Security Bond, Primary Care Plan, Medical Insurance, Public Liability & Work Injury Compensation
• Prepare Employment Contract, Confirmation Letter / Termination Letter and other correspondences
• Handle MOM surveys, inspections and accident/incident reporting
• Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee records
• Monitor and update employee leave records
• Monitor and arrange for training for all employees
• Undertake any other related duties as assigned from time to time
