Job summary

Kuan Aik Hong Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an HR and Admin professional to oversee full spectrum HR and administrative functions, focusing on managing foreign construction workers in Singapore. The role covers onboarding, payroll for daily-rated workers, and ensuring compliance with MOM work pass processes.

You'll coordinate training, benefits, and workplace policies, maintain records, respond to HR inquiries, and support efficient office administration in a fast-paced construction

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Familiarity with CoreTrade, CSOC, PCP, WIC and other industry-related requirements
• Relevant HR experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of MOM work pass processes and payroll administration is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; preferably 3 years in relevant HR administration role

Responsibilities

• Full Spectrum HR and administrative functions, with focus on managing foreign construction workers
• Register, renew and coordinate workers' Coretrade, CSOC and other mandatory training and certification courses
• Administer benefits such as leave applications, medical benefits (PCP), and respond to HR-related enquiries
• Manage insurance renewals and process Work Injury Compensation (WIC) and medical insurance claims when required
• Maintain accurate employee records, and ensure proper filing systems, and support efficient office administration
• Process payroll accurately and timely, including the computation of wages for daily-rated workers
• Coordinate the onboarding and repatriation of Work Permit holders
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations and company policies
• Perform HR and administrative duties assigned
