Job summary

KAH ENGINEERING (1986) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable HR administrator to manage foreign construction workers, coordinate training, and handle payroll for daily-rated staff.

You will ensure compliance with MOM work pass regulations, process WIC and PCP benefits, maintain accurate employee records, and support daily HR and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment near Kembangan MRT/Chai Chee.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field.
• Familiarity with CoreTrade, CSOC, PCP, WIC, and other industry requirements.
• Relevant HR experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of MOM work pass processes and payroll administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; preferably 3 years in relevant HR admin role.

Responsibilities

• Full Spectrum HR and admin functions with focus on managing foreign construction workers.
• Register, renew and coordinate CoreTrade, CSOC and other training and certification courses.
• Administer benefits such as leave applications, medical benefits and respond to HR enquiries.
• Manage insurance renewals and process WIC and PCP claims as required.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper filing systems and office administration.
• Process payroll accurately for daily-rated workers.
• Coordinate onboarding and repatriation of Work Permit holders.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Perform HR and administrative duties assigned.
