Job summary

KAH ENGINEERING (1986) PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Administrator in Singapore to oversee day-to-day HR operations within the construction sector. The role covers recruitment, payroll processing, maintenance of personnel files, and updating HR systems.

You will coordinate worker training (CET, Coretrade, CSOC), manage foreign worker passes via OFWAS, and handle admin tasks including dormitories and insurance. Immediate-start preferred; knowledge of Employment Act and related schemes is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction industry.
• Knowledge of Employment Act, CPF, EFMA, and MOM.
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations including recruitment and personnel records.
• Process payroll timely with salary calculations, deductions and overtime.
• Update new hire information in HR databases.
• Coordinate training for workers (CET, Coretrade, CSOC, etc.).
• Assist in course registration and maintain training records.
• Manage work passes for foreign workers via OFWAS.
• Oversee dormitories, insurance, bonds and other admin matters.
• Support COVID-19 operations and MOM compliance.
• Handle travel arrangements and leave applications.
• Perform ad hoc duties; familiarity with mail merge is a plus.
