Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR professional in Singapore to oversee daily HR operations and the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.

You will manage onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and training matters, coordinate hires and terminations, handle CPF, MOM regulations and government claims, and respond to employee inquiries with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR/Admin experience.
• Construction industry experience is required.
• Knowledge of MOM regulations and Singapore employment practices.
• Proficient in payroll processing and work pass applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and full spectrum HR functions.
• Handle payroll and work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, leave and attendance.
• Coordinate hiring, resignations, confirmation and training matters.
• Handle CPF, IR8A, IR21 and government claims.
• Prepare HR reports and handle employee enquiries.
• Manage staff disputes and labour-related matters.
