Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience in construction sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM matters.
• Prepare billing summaries for PCP, Security Bond, MWOC, and related charges.
• Administer training programs and address training needs.
• Handle letters and pass to relevant parties for processing.
• Coordinate insurance, road tax, and worker insurance.
• Administer workers' compensation claims following regulations.
• Handle payroll-related matters and leave/attendance processes.
• Provide general administrative support across departments.
• Ensure compliance with IRAS, CPF, and statutory matters.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
