Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant HR/Admin experience.
• Construction industry background is essential.
• Strong payroll and work pass administration experience.
• Experience handling staff disputes.
• Familiar with MOM regulations and Singapore employment practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and support the HR Manager.
• Handle payroll and work pass administration.
• Manage employee lifecycle, leave and attendance.
• Coordinate recruitment, confirmation, resignation and training.
• Handle CPF, IR8A, IR21 and other government submissions.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records.
• Handle employee enquiries, disputes and labour-related matters.
