Job summary

You'll work closely with residents, consultants and authorities, providing responsive service across phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• GCE A Level with 1–2 years in customer relations
• WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence Level 1 or equivalent
• Strong communication and people skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Flexible to changing schedules
• Knowledge of industry products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate PR programme for the project
• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project
• Work closely with residents, consultants and authorities and mitigate complaints
• Provide exceptional customer service across phone, email, social media, and in-person
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and stakeholders
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, colleagues and other departments
• Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc tasks
