Job summary

KASZON PTE LTD is seeking a Public Relations Coordinator to plan and coordinate PR programmes for our project in Singapore. You will work closely with the coordination and construction teams to understand workflows, identify stakeholders, and address public concerns.

The role involves handling enquiries from residents, consultants, and authorities, designing survey tools, collecting feedback, and creating informative posters for affected premises, along with general administrative support.

Qualifications

• GCE A or O Level with ≥3 years' public relations experience.
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Canva.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate public relations programmes for the project.
• Communicate with coordination and construction teams to understand workflow and schedules, identifying affected stakeholders.
• Manage project-related enquiries and feedback with residents, consultants, and authorities; mitigate complaints.
• Prepare and design survey forms, conduct surveys, and analyse feedback on construction works.
• Draft informational posters for dissemination to affected premises.
• Provide administrative support and undertake other ad-hoc duties.
