Job summary

The Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL) is seeking a proactive Program Executive to manage the Career Conversion Programme (CCP). You will serve as the primary liaison for enterprises and mid-career individuals, ensuring compliance with government funding requirements and end-to-end administration to drive workforce transformation in the construction sector.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Business Administration, Public Relations and Communication, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 2 years of relevant experience in Training Institutions, TACs, or continuing education sectors.
• Experience administering government-funded programs (e.g., WSG, SSG) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with government funding portals and online claims procedures is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CCP administration end-to-end, including applicant screening, eligibility verification, and enrollment.
• Manage funding claims and training allowances via government portals; ensure accurate data entry.
• Maintain audit-ready records and monitor budget utilization and milestones.
• Coordinate training schedules, onboarding briefings, and administrative logistics.
• Engage employers and government agencies to ensure alignment and program delivery improvements.
• Support outreach and marketing strategies to promote CCP to enterprises and mid-career switchers.
• Assist in industry matching to connect CCP participants with participating employers.
