in Singapore seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the Lead Consultant (SO Representative) in managing daily building contract operations, including planning, coordination, reporting, and execution in line with the approved construction programme. You will coordinate project briefings, technical reviews, and stakeholder meetings, oversee permits, contract administration and site supervision, monitor submissions and schedules, track progress and costs,

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management degree recognized by BCA, the Board of Architects or the Professional Engineers Board Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in building construction or project management.
• Knowledge of Singapore Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Consultant in daily building contract operations including planning, coordination, reporting, and execution.
• Coordinate project briefings, presentations, technical reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Oversee permits, approvals, contract administration, and site supervision.
• Monitor submissions, clearances, shop drawings, method statements, and schedules for compliance.
• Track progress, master programme, costs and budgets for timely delivery.
• Liaise with Quantity Surveyors to prepare cash flows, cost reports, and updates.
