Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day CCP administration, including applications processing and documentation reviews.
• Process claims and ensure timely disbursement with standard service levels.
• Monitor funding compliance, maintain audit-ready records, and support audits.
• Engage employers via calls, meetings, and follow-ups to guide CCP processes.
• Prepare outreach materials and case studies to promote CCPs.
• Plan outreach events and provide advisory support to employers and participants.
• Coordinate with government agencies, training providers, and industry bodies.
