Job summary

You will coordinate workers' dormitory arrangements, pre-arrival checks, and related onboarding tasks, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining strict MOM compliance and accurate records. This role offers a stable, on-site environment in a growing construction firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction administration or HR.
• Familiarity with MOM work permit applications and foreign worker management procedures.
• Experience coordinating workers' accommodation, onboarding, and documentation.
• Good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and MOM submissions.
• Maintain records of foreign workers, including personal particulars and permit validity.
• Coordinate workers' dormitory accommodation and transfers.
• Manage pre-arrival arrangements and ensure necessary documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, medical examinations, and employment formalities.
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely renewals and MOM compliance.
• Liaise with government agencies, dormitory operators, and internal teams.
• Provide general HR and administrative support to management and operations.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
